Yeah, I can do that. I actually just took all the electronics off my F-22 to do another build, but I can show you where I had them.

Thanks. I’m going to start gluing after I come home from the gym.

Tony thanks for the video. Did you used the servo cutout or did you glue it to the plane?

Just glue it to the plane.....you don't need the "servo straps" I never use them anymore.

I take a piece of strapping tape and place it on one side of the servo and then I hot glue it to the plane. Makes for easy removal and it holds quite well.

Tony, I use the same 4 hole horns for the push rods but I don't screw them down anymore. Line up the horn on the aileron and then put toothpicks through the holes into the aileron where the screws would go. Remove the horn and glue the toothpicks to the holes you just made. Place the horn back onto the toothpicks and then cut off excess toothpicks so that just about an 1/8 appears. Place hot glue onto that protruding piece of toothpick. When dry it acts like a screw holding down the horn to the aileron.

For easy glue removal when you glue the servos straight to the plane, just put some tape on the servo and glue that. Then, when you are ready to take them off, you can do it and not destroy the plane or servo.

I just finished cutting and gluing the plane. I’m in the process of figuring out the layout of the electronics. My problem is what way the aileron and elevator should go in order to make the airplane go up and down? Left and right also because this is my very first time setting up and airplane. I have to read through my manual in order to figure out the mixing, but need all the proper orientation of the aileron and elevator before hand. Thanks.

If you are turning left, the left aileron is up while the right is down. If you are turning right, the left aileron is down and the right is up. The aileron that is up will tell you the direction of the turn.
If you are going up, your elevator is pointing up and if you are going down, the elevator is pointing down.
