Congrats, you've built mikey's first underwater sport trainer!!

I think I know why the plane went down. Look at the video at about the 1:33 time stamp. There appears to be crop circles in the ground. I think your plane got too close and was tampered with by the aliens who were making the circles. Just my consipracy theory for the day! :0)

Update:

A week or so later with everything drying out in my basement sitting on a bench near my dehumidifier, It appears that everything is ok! I had stripped the airframe of electronics thinking that the foam and paper would seperate. Not so much! I'm going to put frankensteins trainer back together and fly it again! *insert appropriate evil laugh*

Sorry about the trainer and the gear, Paullie. That was crazy! As if the water just grabbed the trainer out of the sky, LOL! Anyways, I've had a number of crashes under my belt so I feel how you feel, LOL!
