I painted my F-117 with a water based paint thinking I would be safe from wrecking the foam or paper ......However when it dried it warped the hell out of the board instead !!! so I washed it all of in the shower and then waited a few days for the paper to dry out and it had all warped back almost ... It left the delta with a bit of dyhedral which i dont think will be a bad thing ... but we shall see....I repainted it after using my scotch tape/car spray paint technique and looks fab now ;o)

YEah, that is why I went with laquer based paints, just cause of the problem you had. But, now my plain is lighter hehe

But, if you put down packing tape where you are going to paint, you won't have this problem.
